Memorial Day

I can't believe Monday was Memorial Day--this past year has really flown by. And so much has changed! Last year on Memorial Day we had all our friends come over for a Badminton Tournament and a BBQ. Not everyone is here, but this is the picture we snapped:

But everything is so different now! We no longer live in that house, nor will we ever set up another Badminton net in that yard. Steve and Jessie disowned us as friends, even though we did absolutely nothing--and then they moved away, so no harm done there. Daniel and Natalie had a BABY! And they moved away, which is so sad and we miss them so much. It was really hard to say goodbye to some of our best friends.  :(  In the past year we also had many poker nights with Preston and Lindsay, including a spontaneous trip to Wendover and a pre-planned trip to Vegas. Also in the last year, we became so much closer with Jamie and Nicole, which was the best thing ever because they have really become some of our best friends. And sadly, Justin and Holly are missing from the above picture but don't worry, they are still our best friends as well and in the past year we've all gone on so many trips, including a week long trip with Justin and Holly to Florida! Not to mention a good amount of us graduated and started real life jobs! (Weird.)

Time moves so quickly.
